Your data rights
You have rights regarding the personal data we hold about you. Use the form below to exercise any of them. We respond within 30 days.
What you can request
- Access — a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Erasure ("forget me") — delete your personal data from our systems
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Portability — your data in a portable format (JSON)
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Consent withdrawal — withdraw consent for cookies, email, etc.
What we hold (and what we don't)
We do NOT store the actual numbers, dates, countries, or other inputs you type into our tools. Those stay in your browser. We may hold:
- Your email address (if you subscribed or used "email me this scenario")
- Feedback comments and the email you provided with them (if any)
- Cookie consent preferences (in your browser, also recorded by our CMP)
- Server logs that may include your IP from your last 7 days of visits
How we verify your identity
For email-based requests we verify by sending a confirmation email to the address you supplied. If you have multiple email addresses with us, you'll need to confirm each one separately.
